"The objective of this work is analyze the factors of development of the productive andcommercial activity of the sector horticulture in the context of the agrifood current system,taking the system of agriculture intensive low hothouse of the Spanish southeast like reference.The new configuration of the alimentary distribution takes associate an old protagonism of thecommercial companies in the markets of origin, especially for the products of consumption infresh, and it comes conditioned, in the last years, the managerial conducts of this entities, withimportant implications in the results of the same in terms of growth, profitability or creation ofvalue. This fact is certain the appearance of strategic changes and of managerial politics of thecommercial entities, especially those of associative or cooperative character, in sectors ofimportance in the Spanish boundary and European, how they are the fruits and vegetables. Forsuch a reason, we tried to put associative entities of relief which they are the determinants of thepaper of happiness (under the juridical form of Cooperation or SAT, and today qualified asorganizations of producers) in this agrifood market."
