Le pouvoir que le salarié peut obtenir avec ses actions signifie-t-il un contrôle sur la gouvernance de l’entreprise. L’auteur montre à partir d’une réflexion théorique et d’enquête que ce type d’actionnariat constitue un mode de régulation non négligeable des conflits d’intérêts.

The wage earner as shareholder The wage earner shareholding, to-day a matter of reflection, both from the side of the politicians and from that of the unions may give rise to a new kind of behaviour.
