Résumé 0

The concepts of collective strategy and collective entrepreneurship are mobilized in this study of the emergence and creation of two themed tourist routes. Based on a multicase study of two tourist routes, the Loire à vélo (France) and the Cider Route (Montérégie, Québec, Canada), the results highlight the interest of examining: (1) the key actors (stakeholders) involved in a collective entrepreneurial endeavor and their role; (2) the dynamics at work among these actors; and (3) the nature and characteristics of the collective strategic project arising from its emergence and creation phases.
