Résumé
“Family ecology, or the family in the face of global ecological crisis.” This article is based on the analysis of an animated short film in order to question what is at work in families in the face of the ecological crisis: individual and family defence mechanisms are approached in their processes and issues. Showing the interlocking of family denials with those of the socio-political meta-frameworks, the author addresses the capacity for behavioural change in families and their disruption. The notion of acrasia (Dejours, 2016) helps us to think about the failure of psychic articulation capacities, even in the evolution of the language of the younger generations. The author also emphasizes the role of care centers for groups and families in restoring links and articulations.
