Résumé En

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is widely presented in process industries as a number of concepts and approaches proposed to link the product throughout its lifecycle. PLM benefits can be better accomplished when communication is well performed. In this work related to vaccine industry, we use a PLM vision which divides the product lifecycle into three main phases: product definition phase, product production phase and operations support phase. We identify different product stages for each defined phase and show that to ensure the communication between product data throughout the product lifecycle, it is necessary to identify precisely the product specifications in each stage. We also present some PLM added values focusing on the optimization of the operational level through the definition of a methodology based on “Actual Production Costs” estimation.
