Résumé
In Rome, the Saturnalia pushed people to celebrate a temporary suspension of domination. Our current obsession with debts needs it Saturnalia. Big Business already enjoys them, as they are exonerated from paying their social debt to the community. Private borrowers may also find their own, on the site of the Banque de France, which describes procedures helping them to escape from an intolerable burden. This article studies both in parallel.
