Résumé En

Digital social networks have become prime locations for self-expression and interaction in times of protest. Computer scientists know that the social-digital device of Twitter allows users to target different audiences at several levels of interaction: the connected general public, the circle of followers of the account and a particular account. In the case of the university institution reform, Twitter allows users to directly address both the circles of political power and its scientific community. Taking into account the subtleties specific to Twitter, this chapter aims to study the various online reactions of the scientific community to the news about the research programming law in the year 2020. It highlights and analyzes the many different forms of mobilization on Twitter. The framework of this research articulates three notions which then need to be explained: interdiscursivity, narrativity and argumentativity.
