Le geste suicidaire d’une adolescente convoque toujours la frayeur de son entourage et doit apporter des réponses. Le cadre de soin proposé, mêlant abord systémique et approche psychanalytique, se veut souple et propice à l’élaboration d’un récit co-construit. Comme si elle feuilletait son album de famille, l’adolescente se fait l’auteur-compositeur de son histoire familiale, interrogeant les liens, les dépendances et les zones d’ombre, et traduisant ainsi les messages que ses parents lui ont transmis à leur insu. Le thérapeute, témoin-interprète, va faciliter par sa neutralité engagée, le processus de séparation-individuation qui permet à l’adolescente de s’appuyer sur sa famille pour mieux s’en dégager, prendre conscience de ses compétences et construire sa propre identité narrative.
