La fin de la guerre au Liban a vu s’ouvrir une période de reconstruction transformant le pays en un immense chantier. Mais cette reconstruction s’avère particulièrement difficile et soulève des problématiques très complexes : ses acteurs sont nombreux et ses enjeux s’enchevêtrent entre un système international en grande mutation et une région marquée par le règlement introuvable du conflit israélo-arabe.

After the end of the war, Lebanon has witnessed a period of reconstruction that has transformed the country into an enormous construction site. But the reconstruction work has turned out to be particularly difficult and has raised a set of very complex issues : the high stakes and the various parties involved have become entangled between a radically changing international system and a region marked by the lack of viable solutions to the Israeli-Arab conflict.
