Une symptomatologie hypocondriaque survenue au cours d’une cure au début marqué par une intense angoisse traumatique en a dénoté le sens transférentiel. Le travail analytique a permis de laisser émerger la fantasmatique sado-masochiste que masquait le discours sur la souffrance du corps. Les représentations érotiques d’échange avec un autre corps avaient été proscrites du fait de leur dimension homosexuelle et de la culpabilité liée à la destructivité.

Hypochondriacal symptomatology occurring in the course of an analysis marked at the onset by intense traumatic anxiety revealed the transferential meaning. Analytical work enabled the sado-masochistic fantasies to emerge which had been masked by the discourse on the suffering of the body. Erotic represtations of exchange with another body had been proscribed due to their homosexual dimension and to feelings of guilt linked to destructivity.

Eine hypochondrische Symptomatologie, welche im Verlauf einer Kur, deren Beginn von einer intensiven traumatischen Angst geprägt war, aufkam, hat deren Uebertragungssinn erklärt. Die analytische Arbeit hat es erlaubt die sadomasoschistischen Phantasien aufkommen zu lassen, die sich hinter dem Diskurs des leidenden Körpers verbargen. Die erotischen Vorstellungen des Austausches mit einem anderen Körper waren verbannt worden wegen ihrer homosexuellen Komponente und des an Destruktivität gebundenen Schuldgefühls.

Durante una cura marcada al principio por una intensa angustia traumática, que denotó el sentido transferencial, apareció una sintomatología hipocondriaca. El trabajo analítico permitió la emergencia de fantasmas sadomasoquistas que escondlan un discurso sobre el sufrimiento del cuerpo.Las representaciones eroticas de cambio con otro cuerpo fueron proscritas por su dimensión homosexual y por la culpabilidad unida a la destructividad.
