Sacha Tremblay, « Roger Caillois: the mouths of entropy and the ocelli bearer », Littérature, ID : 10670/1.g12tak
It is with an increasing fascination that Roger Caillois locates his work, however heterogeneous and scattered, even incongruous, as potentially contained in some of his infantile experiences. Tracing their journey, the present article shows how the storytelling of what suddenly appears contrariwise as a fate organizes Caillois’s imaginary and poetics through the unveiling of an ambivalent confrontation to the maternal, and comes out to the last oxymoron of his work, that of an ethical incest.
