Xavier Dupuis et al., « L’automne de l’Afrique romaine. Hommages à Claude Lepelley », HAL-SHS : histoire des religions, ID : 10670/1.hb49os
This volume reviews the most recent research on the political, cultural and religious evolution of African cities in Late Antiquity, focusing in particular on the Vandal, Moorish and Byzantine centuries. If the third and fourth centuries were their Indian summer, the fifth, sixth and seventh centuries were their autumn. This work is not a commemoration but an invitation to follow in the footsteps of one of the most important ancient historian of the twentieth century, Claude Lepelley.
