Résumé 0

This article explores Paul Ricoeur’s notion of attestation in order to question relations to knowledge and science in the context of crisis. Attestation concerns a form of trust as constructed in a subject who is divided by the absence of guarantee: it can thus oppose the imaginary proliferation of the scientist fantasy on the one hand, and, on the other, the conspiratorial constructions that aim to reduce the indeterminism of a moment of crisis to the absolutism of certainty.
