Paul-Henry Chombart de Lauwe : Ansprüche, Leitbilder und soziale Veränderungen. Bisher ist die Rolle der Ansprüche im sozialen Leben Gegenstand von sozialwissenschaftlichen Arbeiten mit nur begrentztem Ansatz geblieben (Anspruchsniveau in der Psychologie beispielsweise) oder aber von Ueberlegungen, die teils zu Hypothesen, teils zu Lehren gefiihrt haben. Solche Forschungen sollten aber so mit empirischen Arbeiten in Beziehung gesetzt werden, dass es moglich sein dürfte, eine Theorie der Rolle der Ansprüche zu entwickeln. Der Autor fuhrt einige in dieser Richtung schon erzielte Ergebnisse and und weist auf ein Werk hin, das zusammen mit Forschungen der « Groupe d'Ethnologie sociale » vorbereitet wird.

Изучение роли запросов в социальной жизни до сих пор имело место только в особых трудах гуманитарных наук (как например: уровень запросов в психологии), или в замечаниях мыслителей и доктринеров. Связь между этими поисками и эмпирическими исследованиями должна была бы дать место выработке теории роли запросов. Автор указывает, по этому поводу, на некоторые уже полученные результаты и возвещает о новой подготовительной научной работе, сочетая ее с исследованиями группы социальной Этнологии.

Paul-Henry Chombart de Lauwe : Aspirations, Guiding Images and Social Transformations. The study of the role of aspirations in social life, has until now, only been the object of particular researches in the social sciences (level of aspiration in psychology, for example) or of reflections by thinkers and theoricians. The bringing together of these researches and empirical studies should permit the elaboration of a theory on the role of aspirations. The author mentions some results already obtained in this field, and announces the preparation of a publication in connection with the studies carried out by the Group for Social Ethnology.

El estudio de las aspiraciones en el terreno de la vida social sólo fue abordado hasta ahora en trabajos particulares de ciencias humanas (por ejemplo, el nivel de aspiración en psicologia) No dió solamente lugar a reflexiones de pensadores y doctrinarios. La coordinación entre estas investigaciones y encuestas empíricas podría conducir a la elaboración de una teoria del papel de las aspiraciones en la vida social. A este respecto, el autor indica algunos resultados ya obtenidos y anuncia la preparación de una obra en relacíón con los estudios del grupo de Ethnología social.
