Daniel Martínez-Carrera et al., « Obtención de esclerocios de morilla (morchella esculenta) en diferentes medios de cultivo », Interciencia, ID : 10670/1.hpe8ys
"Morchella esculenta is an edible mushroom of high commercialvalue and obtaining sclerotia is considered important forits cultivation. In this work, the growth of the IE-750 strain wasstudied in eight solid and six liquid culture media. Parametersassessed were mycelial growth, production of biomass, and abilityto produce sclerotia and their biomass. The best mycelialgrowth was obtained in the treatment containing compost extract(T7: 53.87cm2), while the highest production of biomass was recordedin the treatment containing yeast (T3: 80.3mg). Treatmentswith poultry manure and compost showed 40 and 80% ofsclerotia in solid and liquid media, respectively, and the highestsclerotia biomass was recorded in the compost treatment (solidmedium). Sclerotia were obtained in periods of 9-12 days (solidmedium) and 7-9 days (liquid medium)."
