La fabrication de l’« acceptabilité sociale » des parcs photovoltaïques au sol

Cet article entend rendre compte des mécanismes qui entourent la réception d’un aménagement de moyenne portée, comme un parc solaire. Au-delà des interactions entre société locale et élaboration de l’aménagement, il montre les liens d’interdépendance se nouant au cours de l’adaptation réciproque de la structure sociale locale et du projet. Au travers des opinions qu’elle génère, la perspective d’un tel aménagement conduit des groupes sociaux à base territoriale à se positionner dans l’espace social local. Ces positionnements réactualisent la structure des rapports sociaux locaux et les socialisations locales antérieures relatives à l’aménagement d’un territoire. En retour, le projet d’aménagement s’ajuste à ces nouveaux rapports sociaux jusqu’à former un nouvel ensemble socio-spatial stabilisé. À partir de l’examen de l’élaboration de deux projets de parcs solaires, l’étude veut ainsi rendre compte des mécanismes d’échanges par co-ajustement qu’implique la territorialisation d’un aménagement.

This article aims to reflect the various mechanisms linking a medium-range development’s acceptance, such as a solar park. Beyond the interactions between local society and plant elaboration, it shows the links of interdependence that is formed in during the mutual deformation of the local social structure and the project. Through the opinions it generates, the prospect of the plant coming leads territorial-based social groups to take up their positions in the local social space and the socialization related to land use planning. These positions then update the structure of local social relationships. Conversely, the plant project adjusts its shape to these new social relationships to form a new stabilized socio-spatial ensemble. From the comparison of the elaboration of two solar park projects, the study want to show the exchange mechanisms by co-adjustement produced by the spatialization of a plant.
