Résumé
Our research focuses on creating shared value in the context of a sustainable procurement approach. Based on the relational approach of Dyer and Singh (1998), we studied four cases of responsible purchases made by Veolia and La Poste. Our findings underscore the importance of supplier collaboration in creating shared value and confirm the three levels of value creation from Porter and Kramer (2011). They also highlight the catalytic role of CSR in the particular case of responsible purchasing.
