Qu’elle soit explicitement convoquée ou qu’elle s’invite par le biais de la pathologie (déambulation, désorientation, errance), la question de la marche se pose dans le travail psychiatrique. Dans cet article nous évoquons comment elle peut être envisagée comme outil de médiation thérapeutique, car par sa capacité à faire ressurgir les éléments sensoriels présents dans la construction soma-psychique du sujet elle se révèle un support au travail de soin psychique.

In this article, we will explore how walking can be conceived of as a tool of therapeutic mediation; its ability to bring to the surface sensorial elements present in the subject’s embodied/psychical construction reveals how it can reinforce the work of psychological care.
