Contributor: Rachel Rich I love pasta. When I was nineteen, I travelled through Europe and ended up spending some time in Rome. I stayed in an apartment with a Canadian friend and his two Italian housemates. These guys were really glamorous to me. They drove fast cars, and they took me along to lots of cool parties. They cooked pasta sauce all the time—including late at night, at other people’s houses, to feed all the party guests! And they made it seem so easy. So when I got back to Canada...
