Militer et habiter au sein de squats féministes : Parcours d’engagement « anarcha-féministe »

Cette contribution propose de rendre compte d’une lutte émancipatrice radicale au sein de squats féministes dans lesquels s’installe un collectif de militantes autonomes, libertaires, réfractaires à la hiérarchie entre les sexes, aux injonctions normatives sur le genre et la sexualité. À partir de ces expériences militantes et habitantes et d’une approche « chronologique », allant de l’entrée en squat à sa sortie, il s’agit de souligner le processus rétributif par lequel les militantes anarcha-féministes passent, annonçant les différentes phases d’engagement au sein du squat : d’une pratique intense, assidue pour contester les normes de genre à une pratique occasionnelle, voire inexistante, annonçant la reconnaissance et la valorisation de son identité de genre. Changer la vie, c’est finalement changer sa vie, en déconstruisant sa propre socialisation autour des identités de genre et/ou de sexualité.

Life and activism in feminist squatsThis contribution relates the radical struggle for emancipation within feminist squats in which a collective was set up for autonomist, libertarian activists who refused the gender hierarchy and the normative injunctions relating to gender and sexuality. Based on these experiences of activism and cohabitation, and a “chronological” approach, from joining the squat to leaving it, the aim here is to emphasize the retributive process that anarcho-feminist activists experience, signaling the different phases of involvement within the squat: from an intense, assiduous denunciation of gender norms, to an occasional, or even non-existent, practice heralding the recognition and valuing of one’s gender identity. Changing the world ultimately means changing one’s own world, by deconstructing one’s own socialization to gender and/or sexuality.
