Ces fragments cliniques sont issus du suivi thérapeutique dans un service de psychiatrie d’un patient qui a reçu le diagnostic de « trouble schizo-affectif ». Les mouvements projectifs et introjectifs empruntent la voie du corps, mettant au jour une identification narcissique et mélancolique à l’objet, susceptible d’avoir constitué la division du Moi à partir de laquelle s’est édifié le processus psychotique. Nous en suivons l’évolution via le transfert dans le travail thérapeutique, qui ouvre sur une restauration partielle du fonctionnement onirique et fantasmatique, prenant le relais de l’activité hallucinatoire et des mécanismes d’incorporation et d’excorporation.

These clinical fragments come from the therapy provided in a psychiatric department to a patient diagnosed with “schizo-affective disorder.” The projective and introspective movements take the path of the body, revealing a narcissistic and melancholic identification with the object, which is likely to have constituted the division of the self from which the psychotic process emerged. We follow the evolution of this process through the transference in the therapeutic work, which opens up to a partial restoration of the functioning of dream and fantasy, taking over from hallucinatory activity and the mechanisms of incorporation and excorporation.
