L’investigation des processus de changement qui se déploient dans le dégagement de l’état autistique, chez l’enfant et l’adolescent bénéficiant de cures psychanalytiques au long cours, associées à des traitements complémentaires est devenue possible. Ceci grâce à l’apport et la pertinence de l’analyse et l’interprétation psychanalytique de l’examen psychologique et notamment des épreuves projectives (Rorschach, Cat, Tat, Scénotest). L’élaboration et le relevé des facteurs d’évolution concourant au dégagement de l’état autistique, permettent d’apprécier l’accès aux voies identificatoires et aux processus de pensée chez l’enfant et l’adolescent.
The construction of psychic spaces in autistic childrenThe change processes that occur in the emergence from the autistic state in children and adolescents in long-term psychoanalytic treatments, in conjunction with complementary therapies, can now be investigated owing to the contribution and pertinence of the analysis and psychoanalytic interpretation of the psychological examination and, in particular, projective tests (Rorschach, CAT, TAT and scenotest). Working out and recording the developmental factors that contribute to the emergence from the autistic state provides an insight into to the paths of identification and thought processes in children and adolescents.
Die Untersuchung von Veränderungsprozessen, die sich beim Kind und Jugendlichen bei der Befreiung vom autistischen Zustand nach einer langjährigen Psychoanalyse mit begleitenden komplementären Behandlungen einstellen, wurde dank des Beitrags und der Stichhaltigkeit psychoanalytischer Deutung und Analyse von psychologischen Untersuchungen, insbesondere von projektiven Tests (Rorschach, Cat, Tat, Szeno-Test) möglich. Die Erarbeitung und die Feststellung der Entwicklungsfaktoren, die bei der Befreiung vom autistischen Zustand mit eine Rolle spielen, ermöglichen es, den Zugang zu identifikatorischen Prozessen und Denkprozessen beim Kind und Jugendlichen zu bewerten.
La investigación de los procesos de cambio que tienen lugar para salir del estado autístico, en el niño y el adolescente que se beneficia de curas psicoanalíticas a largo plazo, asociadas a tratamientos complementarios se ha vuelto posible gracias al aporte y la pertinencia del análisis y a la interpretación psicoanalítica del examen psicológico y especialmente de las pruebas proyectivas (Rorschach, Cat, Tat, Scénotest). La elaboración y el relevamiento de los factores evolutivos que participan en el salir del estado autístico, permiten apreciar el acceso a las vías identificatorias y a los procesos de pensamiento en el niño y el adolescente.
L’investigazione dei processi di cambiamento che si svolgono nella condizione autistica, nel bambino e nell’adolescente che beneficiano di cure psicoanalitiche lunghe associate a trattamenti complementari è diventato possibile grazie all’apporto e alla pertinenza dell’analisi e dell’interpretazione psicoanalitica, dell’esame psicologico e in particolare dei test proiettivi (Rorschach, Cat, Tat, Scéno-test). Rilevare ed elaborare i fattori evolutivi che contribuiscono a far uscire dallo stato autistico permette di aprezzare l’accesso alle vie identificatorie e ai processi di pensiero nel bambino e nell’adolescente.
