Description of a new Achrestus from French Guiana (Coleoptera, Elateridae, Dicrepidiinae). A new species of click-beetle from French Guiana, Achrestus dogueti n. sp., is described and dedicated to the French entomologist Serge Doguet, recently deceased. The new species is compared to A. vincenti from French Guiana.
