Partant de l’idée que le projet est au fondement de l’action collective (Brechet, Desreumaux, 2006) cette communication examine les modalités de mobilisation des ressources (opératoires et symboliques) menant à la réalisation du projeté. La notion de « fiction opérante » est au cœur de l’article. Elle articule le projet et le programme inhérents à la dynamique de l’action collective. La « fiction opérante » que nous avançons constitue une adaptation de l’analyse institutionnelle de Bourricaud (1977) à la compréhension d’enjeux managériaux.

Proceeding from the idea that a project is at the foundation of a collective action, we examine through this contribution the way by which the resources (symbolic and operative) are mobilized in order to achieve the project. The notion of « operant fiction » is at the heart of the communication. It articulates the project and the program inherent to the collective action dynamics. This notion stems from the institutional analysis of Bourricaud (1977) and is applied to managerial issues.
