Au travers de la notion d’acceptabilité sociale le présent article entend s’interroger sur les éléments qui sont de nature à conforter la « légitimité » de la décision rendue par les juridictions administratives, et à la rendre sinon acceptée, au moins acceptable, par les acteurs considérés.
Focusing on the notion of social acceptability, this article seeks to examine factors underpinning the “legitimacy” of decisions adopted by administrative courts, thus ensuring they are at least acceptable for the actors in question, even if not necessarily accepted.
