Cet article original fait état des résultats obtenus par 26 femmes non consultantes à l’épreuve Rorschach lors de la phase postnatale (entre un et quatre mois après la naissance).Huit valeurs du psychogramme sont significatives dans l’étude statistique de ce groupe comparé à la population générale. D’autres indices du psychogramme apparaissent significatifs lorsqu’on compare les mères primipares aux mères multipares. Les résultats portent également sur l’indice barrière-pénétration de Fischer et Cleveland et l’indice d’angoisse. Un autre chapitre est consacré à l’analyse des thématiques et des contenus de réponses au Rorschach, tous récurrents et inédits dans la plupart des protocoles. L’ensemble reflète les particularités du fonctionnement psychique durant cette période, tout à fait spécifique, notamment en termes de perméabilité, sensibilité, instabilité identitaire, modifications narcissiques et objectales, porosité des limites du moi.
