Freud et Lacan, chacun à sa manière, n’ont pas manqué de souligner le caractère précaire, évanescent, de l’expérience analytique. Le désir de l’analyste n’est pas donné une fois pour toutes, ce serait sans compter avec l’oubli, l’amnésie de l’acte. Le travail avec « quelques autres » est l’une des façons de mettre ce désir à l’épreuve, encore y faut-il un certain savoir-faire avec le groupe. Car l’histoire du mouvement analytique nous l’aura largement appris, le groupe, lieu de toutes les passions, est aussi bien ce qui peut venir clôturer l’expérience, si ce n’est la forclore. Alors, de quel savoir-faire s’agit-il ?

The desire of the analyst is not a given fact, over and above the factor of forgetting, the amnesia of the act. Working with “some others” is a way of putting this desire to the test, but a certain know-how with the group is still necessary. For, as the history of the analytic movement largely demonstrates, the group, centre of all passions, is also what can close, indeed foreclose the experience. So what know-how are we referring to ?
