Le traitement d’une jeune anorexique a conduit l’auteure à s’interroger sur la haine et ses rapports avec le deuil et plus généralement l’objet et la pulsion. La haine dans le contre-transfert de Winnicott, le travail de fantôme de Abraham et Torok et la fonction désobjectalisante de Green, jalonnent sa réflexion pour comprendre la psychopathologie et la dynamique processuelle à l’œuvre dans ce cas d’anorexie sévère. Un intense investissement transférentiel de la patiente, soutenu par son analyste et l’équipe soignante, lui permet de réinvestir sa vie psychique et de se déprendre d’une succession d’identifications à des objets morts signifiants pour la mère et le père (un puîné, un grand-père, un oncle). Dans la situation analytique l’analyste, par la fonction objectalisante et l’espace transitionnel qu’elle propose, favorise la réintrication entre libido et destructivité en faveur de l’Éros et le traitement psychique de la haine.
The treatment of a young anorexic girl led the author to reflect on hate and its relations with mourning, and more generally with the object and the drive. Winnicott’s concept of hate in the countertransference, Abraham and Torok’s study of the ghost, and Green’s notion of the deobjectalizing function are taken into consideration in her attempt to understand the psychopathology and processual dynamics at work in this case of severe anorexia. The patient’s intense transference cathexis, supported by her analyst and the team of carers, allowed her to recathect her psychic life and to free herself from a succession of identifications with dead objects that were significant for her mother and father (a child, a grandfather, an uncle). In the analytical situation, through the objectalizing function and the transitional space that she offered, the analyst facilitated the reintegration between libido and destructiveness in favour of Eros and the psychic treatment of hate.
El tratamiento de una joven anoréxica ha llevado a la autora a interrogarse sobre el odio y sus lazos con el duelo y más ampliamente con el objeto y la pulsión. El odio en la contratransferencia de Winnicott, el trabajo de fantasma de Abraham y Torok y la función desobjetalizante de Green, recorren la reflexión a fin de comprender la psicopatología y la dinámica del proceso actuante en el caso de una anorexia severa. Una intensa carga transferencial de la paciente, apoyada por el analista y el equipo sanitario, le permite recargar su vida psíquica y desprenderse de la sucesión de identificaciones con objetos muertos significantes para con la madre y el padre (un menor, un abuelo, un tío). En la situación analítica, la analista, a través de la función objetalizante y el espacio transicional que propone, favorece la refusión entre líbido y destructividad favorable a Eros y al tratamiento psíquico del odio.
