L’article vise à examiner les aspects caractérisant la formation des analystes. À cet égard, il analyse la formation théorique, en distinguant l’accumulation de savoir des effets de formation, la formation clinique et son articulation avec l’analyse personnelle, la transformation subjective et la production du désir de l’analyste.Cet écrit souligne l’importance de la communauté analytique dans la formation et indique le rôle des écoles de spécialisation en psychothérapie, obligatoires en Italie pour pratiquer la psychanalyse.Le travail procède à l’examen des aspects pertinents de l’œuvre de Freud et de Lacan, ainsi que des avancées théoriques élaborées par des psychanalystes lacaniens. On examine les paradoxes et les impasses inhérents à la formation et à la participation aux sociétés analytiques, et on propose le transfert de travail comme barrage possible aux dérives symptomatiques du collectif analytique.Il s’ensuit que la participation à une communauté analytique est indispensable à la formation continue à laquelle est tenu le psychanalyste. L’articulation entre l’inconscient de l’analyste et sa participation à la communauté analytique permet la production de savoir nouveau en psychanalyse.

This paper aims to examine the characteristic aspects of the training of analysts. To this end it analyzes their theoretical training, distinguishing the accumulation of knowledge from “training effects,” clinical training from its relation to personal analysis, and subjective transformation from the production of the analyst’s desire. This work emphasizes the importance of analytical associations for the training of psychoanalysts, as well as the role of specialized schools in psychotherapy, which psychoanalysts must attend in order to practice in Italy. The article then examines the relevant parts of Freud’s and Lacan’s works, along with the theoretical advances developed by some Lacanian psychoanalysts. We consider the paradoxes and impasses inherent to training and participation in analytical societies, and “work transference” is proposed as a way to curb the symptomatic drifts of the psychoanalytic collective.As a consequence, participation in an analytic community is indispensable to the ongoing training that psychoanalysts are required to undergo. The relation between the analyst’s unconscious and their participation in the psychoanalytic community allows the production of new knowledge in psychoanalysis.
