Du recours aux TICE en temps de crise ? : Le cas des universités marocaines

Cet article présente une analyse des premiers résultats d’une étude de l’intégration des TICE dans l’enseignement supérieur marocain portée par le programme « Campus Virtuel Marocain ». Ce programme tente de s’imposer comme une solution aux difficultés de l’enseignement supérieur marocain à travers la promotion de la formation à distance utilisant les TICE. Ce nouveau dispositif de formation vise un changement socioculturel du rapport à la formation et prône une forme partenariale interuniversitaire inédite dans le paysage universitaire marocain. À partir des résultats d’analyse des documents officiels et d’entretiens avec les différents acteurs, nous tentons de porter ici un éclairage sur un programme ambitieux, mais peu conforme à la réalité des terrains.

This paper analyses the first results of a study on the integration of ICT in the Moroccan higher education within the “Moroccan Virtual Campus” program. The program is intended as a solution to the difficulties the Moroccan higher education is facing. It advocates the advantages of the ICT-supported open and distance learning. This new framework aims at socio-cultural change in the relationship to the education and recommends a new form of university partnership in the Moroccan university setting. We will try, on the basis of the results obtained through observation and interviews, to cast a new light on an ambitious program though not very much complying with the day-to-day practices.
