Philippe Geminel : Die Jugendlichen in Ausbildungsplan für Sechzehn-bis Achtzehnjährige. Eine Untersuchung der Einstellungen als Projektformulierung. Die Jugendlichen von sechzehn bis achtzehn, für die diese Hilfsmassnahmen zur Einfuhrung ins Berufsleben bestehen, haben meist eine unfertige und durch Versagen gekennzeichnete Schulausbildung. Es ware jedoch zu eng gesehen, die Jugendlichen in dieser prekàren Stellung als eine homogene Einheit zu betrachten. Dieser Forschungskurzbericht möchte im Gegenteil bei diesen Jugendlichen verschiedene Berufsprojekte als Typen unterscheiden. Zwar müssen diese Projekte mit der sozialen Stellung und dem schulischen Kapitäl der Aktoren in Verbindung gebracht werden, jedoch bestimmen diese Variabeln nicht unausweichlich die Projektbildung. Daher scheint es berechtigt, die Einstellungen zur Arbeit und zur Berufsausbildung in Abhängigkeit der verschiedenen Projektniveaus zu untersuchen.

Adolescents aged 16 to 18, who constitute the major part of the participants of occupational integration programs, are often dropouts stigmatized by failure. Yet, it would not be accurate to consider socially precarious youth as a homogeneous group. This paper tries, on the contrary, to distinguish between different types of occupational aspirations among them. Such projects should be linked to their social status and school achievement; yet, these variables do not always correspond their project formation. It appears pertinent to approach the work and educational attitudes according to the different types of projects.
Les adolescents de 16 à 18 ans qui constituent la clientèle des mesures d'aide à l'insertion professionnelle ont le plus souvent des cursus scolaires inachevés, marqués par l'échec. Il serait cependant réducteur de considérer la jeunesse à statut précaire comme une entité homogène. Cette note de recherche vise au contraire à distinguer chez ces jeunes différents types de projet professionnel. Ces derniers doivent certes être reliés à la position sociale et au capital scolaire des acteurs, mais ces variables ne déterminent pas- mécaniquement la formation du projet. Il paraît alors pertinent d'aborder les attitudes à l'égard du travail et de la formation en fonction de ces différents niveaux de projet.
Philippe Geminel : Los jóvenes entre los 16 y 18 afios de edad en los cursos de capacitación : une aproximación a las actitudes en termines de proyecto. Los adolescentes de 16 a 18 años de edad que constituyen la clientela de las medidas de ayuda a la insertion profesional, han realizado la mayoria de las veces cursos escolares incompletos que han sido marcados por el fracaso. Sin embargo, séria bajo considerar a la juventud en estatuto precario como una entidad homogénea. Por el contrario esta nota de investigación no busca más en estos jóvenes que diferentes tipos de proyectos profesionales. Desde luego, estos últimos, deben ser relacionados a la position social y al capital escolar de los actores, pero estas variables no determinan de tnanera automatica la formation del proyecto. Entonces, nos parece pertinente abordar las actitudes con respecto al trabajo y a la formation, en función de los diferentes nivelés de proyecto.
