Emprendimiento social e innovación inclusiva en el contexto mexicano: el caso de la Asociación Unidos por Zimapán A.C.

L’objectif de cet article est d’analyser la Asociación Unidos por Zimapán A.C. au Mexique, qui a mis au point une série de projets sociaux et d’innovations inclusives. La question de recherche est de savoir quelles sont les caractéristiques organisationnelles qui permettent à l’association de modifier les modes de production des communautés avec lesquelles elle travaille, vers des schémas alternatifs et innovants ? Lors de l’étude de ce type de partenariat au Mexique, l’objectif est également de contextualiser l’importance de l’entrepreneuriat social et de l’innovation inclusive. La méthodologie de la recherche est qualitative basée sur un cas d’étude approfondie. Cette organisation a été choisie car elle permet d’identifier les mécanismes par lesquels l’entrepreneuriat et l’innovation se développent dans les communautés marginalisées du Mexique.

When it comes to social enterprises, specifically cooperative organizations, instrumental rationality is insufficient to ensure that knowledge flows from different parts of the organization in order to achieve the multiplicity of objectives that both individuals and the organization itself intend to achieve. These objectives are beyond the merely economic, seeking, in addition, social, cultural, integral development of the individual and their families, education, ecological, among others, many times with the intention of incorporating knowledge of different nature that are linked to emotive aspects, identity, tradition, conviction and even vindication before situations of the context that invite to rethink the theoretical models and practical experiences in the field of knowledge management.The following work is a qualitative research under the case study method whose objective is to propose a critical analysis of knowledge management models, specifically, the knowledge spiral of Nonaka and Takeuchi (1991) from the incorporation of the paradigm of knowledge ecology (De Sousa Santos, 2010) and the identification of the practices developed by an agroecological cooperative in Mexico City to incorporate and generate knowledge of various kinds. To this end, tools such as on-site observation and in-depth interviews were used.

El objetivo de este artículo es analizar la Asociación Unidos por Zimapán A.C. en México, la cual ha desarrollado una serie de emprendimientos sociales e innovaciones inclusivas. La pregunta de investigación versa, acerca de ¿cuáles son las características organizacionales que le permite a dicha asociación modificar los patrones productivos de las comunidades con las que trabaja, hacia esquemas alternativos e innovadores? Al estudiar este tipo de asociación en México, se pretende también, contextualizar la importancia del emprendimiento social y la innovación inclusiva. La metodología de la investigación es de corte cualitativo basada en un caso de estudio a profundidad. Se eligió a dicha organización, dado que permite identificar los mecanismos a través de los cuales sucede el emprendimiento y la innovación en comunidades marginadas en México.
