Résumé
On the basis of the data provided by the systematic regional survey on the Hanshu site, this article establishes the artifacts periodization, analyzes their distribution and concentration in order to get a deeper understanding of the chronology of the site and of the evolution of the settlement pattern of each period of occupation. For this case-study, the authors chose the Hanshu site for its rich cultural content, and it also can be viewed as an attempt to analyze the development process of the settlement in the Nen River valley and the complex relations between ancient people and their environment.
