Comment travailler un verbatim d’entretien avec un enfant ? L’auteur présente ici une approche inédite de travail en groupe. La lecture à haute voix et en commun fait démarrer un exercice qui permet, par itération, de réduire petit à petit le texte à ses articulations essentielles. Ce procédé s’inspire autant du travail des aliénistes que du principe enseigné par Marcel Czermak à l’école de Sainte-Anne à Paris. Psychanalyse et psychiatrie s’y entrecroisent pour faire apparaître la problématique en un seul trait, singulier pour chaque enfant.

How to work with the verbatim transcription of a consultation with a child? This paper presents an original teamwork approach. The team reads the transcription of the consultation aloud multiple times. Then, through this iterative approach, little by little, the text is reduced to its essential idiosyncratic elements. This process draws from two schools, the work of the alienists and the work by Marcel Czermak at St Anne’s Hospital in Paris. Psychoanalysis and psychiatry come together, in one stroke, to address the specific problems unique to each child.
