"Systematic reviews and evidence-based recommendations are becoming increasinglyimportant for decision-making in health and medicine. Systematicreviews of population-health interventions are challenging and methods willcontinue evolving. This paper provides an overview of how evidence-basedapproaches in public health and health promotion are being reviewed to providea basis for Colombian Guide to Health Promotion, analysing limitationsand recommendations for future reviews."
