This communication present the questionings, steps and reasons that prevails during a teaching workshop. Theses were conducted in conjunction with Spanish and French teaching teams about the future of the Occitanie’s coast. This chapter will show that the learning of the urban project method through the practice is being useful to the students, the teachers and the local practitioners. 3 steps will be developed : the benefits of the analogy, the balance between production and learning, the learning of the project methodology thanks to the project itself.
