À travers l’analyse d’une séance choisie intentionnellement parmi celles que l’on peut qualifier de “ normales ”, sans coups de théâtre dans le dialogue analytique, cette contribution explore non seulement des aspects empathiques amenés par une patiente, mais aussi ceux que l’analyste peut utiliser en s’appuyant sur l’expérience de sa formation professionnelle, qu’il partage avec ses confrères.L’auteur souligne l’indécidabilité technique et “ méthodologique ” de l’empathie qui, comme la créativité du préconscient, ne saurait être “ déclenchée ” sur commande.
Summary — How has the concept of empathy evolved ? To what prejudices is it exposed ? What is psychoanalytical empathy and in what way must it be differentiated from natural empathy ? Through the analysis of a session chosen intentionally from a selection that could be qualified as “ normal ”, that is to say, without coups de théâtre in the analytical dialogue, this contribution explores not only the empathic aspects brought forward by a patient, but also those that can be used by the analyst on the basis of the experience of his professional training that he shares with his colleagues.The author underlines the technical and “ methodological ” undecidability of empathy that, like the creativity of the preconscious, cannot be “ triggered ” on command.
Zusammenfassung — Wie hat sich der Konzept der Empathie entwickelt ? Mit welchen Vorurteilen ist er konfrontiert ? Was ist die psychoanalytische Empathie und worin unterscheidet sie sich von der natürlichen Empathie ? Anhand der Analyse einer Sitzung, welche extra gewählt wurde, weil sie als “ normal ” bezeichnet werden kann, ohne Drama im analytischen Dialog, untersucht dieser Artikel nicht nur die empathischen Aspekte, welche von einer Patientin vorgebracht wurden, sondern auch jene, welche der Analytiker gebrauchen kann, indem er sich auf die Erfahrung seiner Berufsausbildung stützt, die er mit seinen Kollegen teilt.Der Autor unterstreicht die technische und “ methodologische ” Unschlüssigkeit der Empathie, welche, wie die Schöpfungskraft des Vorbewussten, nicht auf Befehl “ ausgelöst ” werden kann.
Resumen — ¿ Cómo ha evolucionado el concepto de empatía ? ¿ A qué prejuicios está expuesto ? Qué es la empatía psicoanalítica y en que se diferencia de la empatía natural ? A través del aná lisis de una sesión elegida intencionalmente entre las que podemos calificar de “ normales” , sin acontecimientos mayores en el diá logo analítico, la presente contribución explora no sólo aspectos empá ticos de una paciente, sino también aquéllos que el analista puede utilizar apoyá ndose en su formación profesional, que comparte con sus colegas.El autor subraya lo indecidible técnica y “ metodológicamente ” de la empatía que, al igual que la creatividad del preconsciente, no puede ser “ activada ” por orden.
Riassunto — Come è evoluto il concetto d’empatia ? A quali pregiudizi è soggetto ? Che cos’è l’empatia psiconalitica ed in cosa differisce dall’empatia naturale ? Tramite l’analisi di una seduta intezionalmente scelta tra quelle che possiamo qualificare di “ normali ”, senza colpi di scena nel dialogo analitico, il presente contributo esplora non solo aspetti empatici portati da una paziente, ma anche quelli che l’analista puo’ usare basandosi sull’esperienza della sua formazione professionale, condivisa con i colleghi.L’autore sottolinea l’indecidibilità tecnica e “ metodologica ” dell’empatia che, come la creatività del preconscio, non puo’ essere attivata a volontà.
