AimsMagnetic resonance imaging is of paramount importance in the presurgical evaluation of drug resistant epilepsy. Detection of a potentially epileptogenic lesion significantly improves seizure outcome after surgery. To optimize the detection of subtle lesions, MRI post-processing techniques may be of essential help.
