Richard Farnetti, « Causes et dynamique de la déréglementation dans les économies des pays anglo-saxons », Presses Sorbonne Nouvelle, ID : 10670/1.qidvht
Globalisation and deregulation have become the catch-words of the day. But even if globalisation remains a fuzzy concept, much theoretical thinking has been devoted to the phenomenon. This is far less the case with deregulation. The ambivalent use in French of two seemingly synonymous words might not only refer to semantic blurring but could also be seen as a sign of conceptual vacuum. This contribution aims at shedding light on the subject by examining the dynamics of deregulation both historically and from the viewpoint of cyclical capital accumulation.
