Résumé
This article highlights the importance of family secrecy as an obstacle to the elaborations specific to the period of adolescence, offering the register of acts and aggressions as one of the possible radical defensive outcomes. Drawing on a clinical vignette, we will show how unrepresented psychic suffering, expressed through self-mutilation, reveals the archaic structure of an adolescent girl under the sway of a family secret.
