Cet article revient, en s’appuyant sur les archives familiales, sur les principaux aspects de la trajectoire du militant socialiste Amédée Dunois (1878-1940). Il détaille et décrit en particulier la relation que ce dernier a entretenue avec Jaurès de son vivant, et la manière dont Amédée Dunois a continué à affirmer sa fidélité au leader socialiste dans les décennies qui ont suivi son assassinat.

This article describes, on the basis of family archives, the main aspects of the career and the life of the socialist activist Amédée Dunois (1878-1940). It details in particular the relationship that Dunois had with Jaurès during his lifetime, and the way in which Amédée Dunois continued to assert his loyalty to the socialist leader in the decades following his murder.
