Le présent article met en travail la question de la formation et de la transmission au travers du dispositif psychodramatique. Est repéré comment le psychodrame permet de recueillir et traiter des enjeux de la filiation, de l’affiliation et du lien aux formateurs, et comment il favorise la transmission et l’appropriation de l’héritage spécifique au processus formatif. Le travail de transformation dans la formation implique le remaniement des identifications, et peut provoquer des moments douloureux et déstabilisants, confrontant les « formants » à l’inconnu des parts d’eux-mêmes et dans le lien aux autres (formants et formateurs). Nous étudierons l’expression de ces tensions psychiques, émergeant dans des scénarios rivalitaires, et/ou paranoïdes figurant les vécus de trans-formations individuels, voire de dé-formations. Sera également repéré la façon dont le travail d’appropriation de ce qui est transmis implique la reconnaissance (réciproque), et donc de la filiation, de l’affiliation et de l’héritage, pour chacun.

This article looks at the question of training and transmission from the angle of the psychodramatic setting. It shows how psychodrama enables us to identify and deal with issues of filiation, affiliation and the relations with trainers, and how it encourages the transmission and appropriation of the heritage specific to the training process. The work of transformation in training involves reorganizing identifications and can give rise to painful and destabilizing moments, confronting “trainees” with the unknown aspects of themselves and of their relations to others (trainees and trainers). We will study the expression of these psychic tensions, emerging in rivalry and/or paranoid scenarios that contain experiences of individual trans-formations, or even de-formations. We will also identify how the work of appropriating what is transmitted implies (reciprocal) recognition, and therefore filiation, affiliation and inheritance, for each individual.
