Résumé
Der Einfluss des Einzelnen in einer Arbeitsgruppe ist in Funktion der Variationen der Gruppen-Resultate definiert, wenn dieser Einzelne von der Gnippentätigkeit ausgeschlossen ist. Der hier beschriebene Versuch will bestätigen ob es möglich ist, diesen Einfluss in zwei Bestandteile zu zergliedern : den direkten Einfluss, der von der Teilnahme des Einzelnen an der Ausführung der Aufgabe abhängt und den indirekten Einfluss, den dieser Einzelne auf die anderen Mitglieder ausübt. Die Mannigfaltigkeit der Interaktion der beiden Einfliisse ist experimental nachgeprüft.
