Michel Henry’s subjective body concept supports the psychodynamic concept of work at the individual level. The notion of collective subjective body proposes to extend this concept to the field of cooperation from Henry’s work on Marx, where the notion of collective initially appears negatively. Later texts on community and intersubjectivity, on the contrary, make it possible to develop an approach to cooperation as a specific mode of community stemming from praxis, in which a collective subjective body can be forged. It is understood as the individual experience of a test confronted collectively beyond the limits of the subject and founding an interconnectedness in which the work collective is constituted. The theoretical approach proposed here aims to deepen the dialogue between phenomenology and clinical work.

Le concept de corps subjectif de Michel Henry soutient la conception psychodynamique du travail au niveau de l’individu. La notion de corps subjectif collectif propose d’étendre ce concept au champ de la coopération à partir de l’ouvrage d’Henry sur Marx, où la notion de collectif apparaît d’abord négativement. Les textes ultérieurs sur la communauté et l’intersubjectivité permettent, au contraire, de développer une approche de la coopération comme un mode spécifique de communauté issu de la praxis, dans laquelle peut se forger un corps subjectif collectif. Il se comprend comme l’expérience individuelle d’une épreuve affrontée collectivement dépassant les limites du sujet et fondant une interconnaissance où se constitue le collectif de travail. L’approche théorique proposée ici vise à approfondir le dialogue entre phénoménologie et clinique du travail.
