La perception des actions de promotion de la construction européenne nous apparaît comme étant particulièrement viciées. Cet échec est perceptible eu égard aux nombreux éléments de désinformation qui ne semblent jamais avoir été pris au sérieux. Cet article s’attache à éclairer la responsabilité de longue date des acteurs de la société civile organisée dans ce contexte.

Our view of the way in which the construction of Europe has been promoted seems to have been spoiled. This failure can be grasped in terms of the amount of disinformation that never seems to have been taken seriously. This article seeks to highlight the long-standing responsibility of actors of organized civil society in this context.
