AbstactThis paper analyze inthe context of Master MEEF course UTICEF, through training distance, the influence level of the numeric technology and communication Medias tools. The module M342 titled « Mediation and mediatisation of educational contend » has been used, and experienced w ithe students who have used for their fist time these particular collaboration tools call “Wiki and soft graph” aside forum activity. They have found more difficult in using the tools during the training. The analysis result with feelings expressing questions shows that, though the learners face the using problems of the Medias and numeric tools, they have globally succeeded in their learning. This was and occasion to verify that, what is more important for the quality and success of distance training is not the technology tool which is using in himself, but the manner of implemented it with scenario, in order to achieved the pedagogy strategies which can more impacted than ITC tools. However the research helps not only to confirm their statements. It also helps to understand the feeling satisfaction that can motivate the collaboration, the auto determination and success in training distance whit new t echnology tools and communication Medias.

Résumé Cette communication analyse dans le contexte du Master MEFF parcours UTICEF 1 en m ode FAD, le niveau d'influence des outils spécifiques de communication médiatisée sur la réussite d e l' apprentissage. Elle étudie le rendement au cours des trois activités du cours/module M 342 « Médiation et médiatisation des contenus éducatifs » face aux problèmes rencontrés par les étudiants à l'usage d'outils numériques (Forum, WIKI et carte conceptuelle avec le logiciel graphe) imposés par le scénario pédagogique. Malgré les difficultés rencontrées et le fait que les apprenants perçoivent majoritairement que et le développement des aptitudes sociocognitives et la réussite est plutôt satisfaisante dans l'ensemble lors d'échanges avec les deux nouveaux outils de collaboration (WIKI , carte conceptuelle). Au regard des sentiments affichés au regard d' indicateurs quantitatifs et qualitatifs, l'analyse bi varié des variables relatives au score et les modalités d'usage d'outils de communication médiatisée, il ressort qu'il n'y a pas de différence d'effets selon la réussite et les modalités d'utilisation des outils numériques. L'efficacité du contexte d'apprentissage en FAD a le plus influencée les résultats et semble confirmer que ce n'est pas l'outil technologique en luimême q ui génère l'impact sur l'apprentissage. , elle permet par ailleurs, à partir de quelques facteurs liés au sentimentde satisfaction et d'autodétermination, de nuancer la compréhension des déterminants d 'efficacité d'une FAD ou de toute autre formation utilisant les technologies numériques (TIC).
