Résumé En

The Intel decision handed down by the European Commission in May 2009 penalized the dominant operator on the CPU market for two exclusionary strategies: loyalty rebates and naked restrictions. The annulment by the EU General Court in May 2022 of the part of the decision relating to rebates led the Commission to issue a new decision in September 2023, recalculating the quantum of the penalty for the practice definitively sanctioned.
