It tries to report stakes in the look in the psychomotor structuration of the young child and its place in the care in psychomotricity. First of all, a first chapter exposes the visual function on which the gaze of the child supports. Then, a second chapter underlines on one hand the importance of gaze in the psychomotor construction of the young child, by making reference to the dimensions psychology emotional, cognitive, sensori-motor, and in the field of intervention of the psychomotricity that are the physical axis, the tonus, the posture, the body schema and body image, the space, and the oculo-driving coordinations, and on the other hand the disorders of looks. Finally, a last chapter covers a look into the heart of psychometric care. A final segment presents a meeting with a child on the autistic spectrum.

Ce mémoire est le fruit d'une réflexion à propos du regard. Il cherche à rendre compte des enjeux du regard dans la structuration psychomotrice du jeune enfant et sa place dans le soin en psychomotricité. Tout d'abord, un premier chapitre expose la fonction visuelle sur laquelle s'étaye le regard de l'enfant. Puis, un second chapitre souligne d'une part l'importance du regard dans la construction psychomotrice du jeune enfant, en faisant références aux dimensions psycho-affectives, cognitives, sensori-motrices et aux champs d'intervention de la psychomotricité que sont l'axe corporel, le tonus, la posture, le schéma corporel et l'image du corps, l'espace, et les coordinations oculo-motrices ; et d'autre part les troubles du regard. Enfin, un dernier chapitre, aborde le regard au cœur de la prise en soin psychomotrice. Une dernière partie présente une rencontre avec une enfant porteuse d'un trouble du spectre autistique.
