The political rôle, not just economical, of land's tenure in the beginnings of iberian peninsula's long process of romanisation is examinée by analysing a set of greek and latin inscriptions (L. Aemilius Paulus's decree and the bronze of Alcântara) and litterary texts (Titus Livius and Appianus) wich repport about facts within the 2nd century B.C. : T. Sempronius Gracchus's treaties, treaty with Viriatus etc. Ail the texts dealt with allude to land's concerning problems.
