L’auteur s’appuie sur la psychanalyse pour témoigner d’une expérience clinique éprouvante construite avec un enfant psychotique resté longtemps dans l’« Infans ». Il développe la temporalité de son cadre dans cette rencontre avec la psychose où l’infra-verbal reste un fil conducteur de la vie psycho-affective. Tout en s’interrogeant sur l’impact de ses modalités d’intervention, d’interprétation pour une construction psychanalytique, il soulève la question de l’engagement et de la fin du traitement soumis aux affres de la relation transférentielle. Un accès à un processus analytique incite la transformation par les identifications grâce aux jeux vidéo pour devenir un sujet pensant et parlant.

The author draws on psychoanalysis to relate a challenging clinical experience involving a psychotic child who had been in the “infans” stage for a long time. He develops the temporality of the context for this encounter with psychosis, where the infra-verbal remains a central theme of psycho-affective life. While questioning the impact of his means of intervention and interpretation for a psychoanalytic construction, he raises the question of the beginning and end of this treatment, which was subject to the difficulties of the transference relationship. An access to an analytic process leads to the transformation of the patient into a thinking and speaking subject, by means of identifications that were made possible through video games.
